Paul B. Hershey, son of John H. and Mary Buckwalter Hershey, was born on Sept. 7, 1894 at Boyerstown, Pa. he died on Oct. 7, 1974 at Itasca, Ill. | |||
He spent his early years in Missouri and Colorado. Later he became a charter member of the Gulfhaven Mennonite congregation at Gulfport, Miss. | |||
He was married to Martha Inez Wenger at Hesston, Kan. in December 1927. She died in November 1962. Together they served the Gulfhaven community for many years, he as minister and bishop there. | |||
In May 1964 he married Mrs. Christine Christenson of Itasca, Ill. She and three step-children survive. | |||
He is survived by a brother and four sisters: Jacob of Quarryville, Pa., Phoebe of Kinzer, Pa., Naomi, Mrs. Herman Hanson of Missoula, Mont., Martha, Mrs. Floyd Helmuth of Raytown, Mo., and Esther, Mrs. Jack Reagon of Prairie Village, Kan. | |||
Funeral services were held Oct. 10 at Itasca, Ill. | |||

PAUL B. HERSHEY
Paul B. Hershey, son of John H. and Mary Buckwalter Hershey, was born on Sept. 7, 1894 at Boyerstown, Pa. he died on Oct. 7, 1974 at Itasca, Ill.
He spent his early years in Missouri and Colorado. Later he became a charter member of the Gulfhaven Mennonite congregation at Gulfport, Miss.
He was married to Martha Inez Wenger at Hesston, Kan. in December 1927. She died in November 1962. Together they served the Gulfhaven community for many years, he as minister and bishop there.
