Formerly of Elkhart, Ind., Dr. Maniaci was a graduate of Goshen College and the Indiana University Medical School.  He was president of the Michigan Assn. for Mentally Retarded Children.
 
Survivors include his widow, Louella, a married daughter and four other children.

Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of Michigan Doctor

Gladstone, Mich. — A motorcycle accident here on Oct. 10 claimed the life of Dr. George D. Maniaci, 51, well known physician of Escanaba, Mich.

Formerly of Elkhart, Ind., Dr. Maniaci was a graduate of Goshen College and the Indiana University Medical School. He was president of the Michigan Assn. for Mentally Retarded Children.

Survivors include his widow, Louella, a married daughter and four other children.
