&bull;  Funeral services for Mrs. Helene Regier, 88, widow of Jacob J. Regier, were held Monday forenoon at the First Mennonite Church with Dr. Albert Epp officiating.  Mrs. Regier died May 31 at the Peabody Memorial Nursing Home.  She was the former Helene Harder of Whitewater.  Mr. Regier died in 1963.  Surviving are two daughters, Elfriede Regier of Topeka and Mrs. Leonard Hanes of Edinburg, Texas; three sons, Alvin of Peabody, Rev. Wilbert A. of Salem, Ore., and Rev. Jacob J. Jr. of Omaha; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
