20-Month-Old Boy Drowns in Ditch
Marshfield, Mo. — Tragedy struck the home of the Mahlon Yoders, Amish family of this community, when their 20-month-old son, David, drowned in a water-filled ditch.
The little boy was found by his seven-year-old brother in water less than a foot deep. He picked up the boy and carried him to the house, but life had already fled.
The funeral services were conducted Sept. 12.
