Amish Minister Leaves Large Family
Arthur, Ill. — Funeral services for Pre. John C. Gingerich, 87, of the Old Order Amish Church, who died of a heart attack, were held here Sunday, April 30.
Pre. Gingerich is survived by his third wife, Mattie; nine sons and four daughters by his first marriage; 96 grandchildren and 69 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Noah M. Otto and Mrs. Menno A. Diener.
