Derksen Aug. 5, 1945. They lived in Arnold,

B.C. In 1962 they moved to Black Creek,

B.C. She was an excellent seamstress, a cordial hostess and enjoyed having children

around. After a car accident in 1968 she was

confined to a wheelchair. In 1972 they

moved to Abbotsford. Predeceased by 1

brother, she is mourned by Peter; daughters

AGATHA DERKSEN

Agatha Derksen died June 24. She was born Dec. 23, 1925 in Orenburg, Russia to Peter and Helena Riesen. They immigrated to Steinbach, Man. in 1926 and moved to Yarrow B.C. in 1942. She married Peter Derksen Aug. 5, 1945. They lived in Arnold, B.C. In 1962 they moved to Black Creek, B.C. She was an excellent seamstress, a cordial hostess and enjoyed having children around. After a car accident in 1968 she was confined to a wheelchair. In 1972 they moved to Abbotsford. Predeceased by 1 brother, she is mourned by Peter; daughters Judith Hildebrandt, Katherine Campbell and Louise Williams; 8 grandchildren; 1 great- grandchild; 3 sisters; 1 brother. The funeral was June 30 in Central Heights Church, Abbotsford.
