Officiating at the services were Dr. D. C. Wedel and Rev. Robert D. Suderman. Mrs. Friesen was a member of the Mission Covenant Church in Pasadena, having lived there since 1944. Her husband, John E. Friesen, died in 1961. She leaves a daughter, Mrs. Velma Broz of Simi Valley, Calif.; two sons, Harlan of Halstead and Kenneth of Fort Scott; a sister, Miss Kathryn Friesen of Hutchinson; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. |
