•  Frank H. Letkeman, 88, long-time Buhler resident, died Oct. 1 at the Sunshine Home where he had been a guest for eight years.  He was a native of South Russia, coming to Buhler in 1893.  He was long active in the mutual insurance field, served on the Buhler school board for 35 years, was choir director at the Buhler M. B. Church for 35 years, and was founding director of the men's chorus.
