•  Mrs. Nelli C. Platt, 95, died Monday at Meadowlark Homestead.  Survivors here include a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Herman C. Johnson, the former Mrs. Ferry L. (Selma) Platt, and a grandson Prof. Dwight Platt of Bethel College.  Also surviving are two other grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  A memorial service was conducted Tuesday afternoon at Meadowlark Homestead by Rev. Herman C. Johnson, followed by final services and burial on Wednesday at Kirwin, Kan., her former home.  She was a member of the Kirwin Methodist Church.
