• Mrs. Anna [sic Alma] Flickner, 76, a resident of the Memorial Home at Moundridge, died Sunday at Mercy Hospital there. She was the widow of E. E. Flickner, well-known Moundridge farmer and long-time board member of the Herald Publishing Co., who died in 1967. Survivors include sons Eldon, Arlo and Galen, all of Moundridge; two daughters, Mrs. Shelby Seewald of Moundridge and Mrs. Gene Powers of Anchorage, Alaska; two brothers, three sisters, and 11 grandchildren. The funeral was conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Eden Mennonite Church, with Dr. H. A. Fast and Rev. Wendell Rempel officiating.
