Corn, Okla. &#8212; Funeral services were conducted at the Corn M. B. Church on Sunday, March 19, for Pfc. Jerald L. Fink, who lost his life by accidental drowning while stationed in Germany.  He was the son of David D. Fink of Fort Supply, Okla. and a 1965 graduate of the local high school.

An account of the accident received by relatives here stated that the young man had backed a five-ton army truck into shallow water of the Danube River to wash it.  As he attempted to drive it out of the river, it lurched backward into deep water and the youth was trapped in the cab.
