&bull;  Mrs. Esther M. Frantz, 67, wife of Rev. Peter E. Frantz, died March 17 at the home in North Newton after a long illness.  She was a member of the Bethel College Church, where the funeral was conducted Saturday afternoon by the associate pastor, Rev. Kenneth Shelly.  Besides her husband, Mrs. Frantz leaves a daughter, Mrs. Cliff (Linda) Shipley of Hutchinson; a son, Vernon of Salina; her step-mother, Mrs. H. R. Voth of Wichita; five sisters, three brothers, and five grand-children.
