&#8212; Mrs. Robert Penner, 72, of Hillsboro died at Salem Hospital there Tuesday aft er a long illness.  Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the Johannestal Church near Hillsboro, followed by services at the Grace hill Mennonite Church east of Newton at 3 p.m.  Burial will be made in the Grace Hill Cemetery.  Mrs. Penner was formerly Mrs. P. P. (Alice) Schmidt of rural Newton.  Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. W. C. Voth, Mrs. Oscar Schmidt and Mrs. Naomi Henderson of Newton and Mrs. Ted Voth of Whitewater.
