— Peter F. Goertz, 72, who farmed in the Lehigh community for many years, died suddenly of a heart attack last Saturday morning at the home on West 11th Street. Although he had been in ill health for several years, his death was unexpected. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Tabor Mennonite church. Rev. H. B. Schmidt and Rev. P. W. Goering of Lehigh officiating. Mr. Goertz, who had lived in Newton for about 10 years is survived by his wife and two sons, Marvin of Wichita and Edwin of Lehigh. | |||
