&bull;  Clarence Smith, 75, realtor and insurance agent of Larned, Kan., died at his home there Sunday after an 18-month illness.  He was a member of the Bergthal Mennonite Church, Pawnee Rock, where the funeral was to be conducted Wednesday afternoon.  Survivors include his second wife, the former Ella Unruh; four sons and three daughters and their families; three brothers and  three sisters.  Sister Lena Mae Smith of Bethel Deaconess Hospital is one of the surviving sisters.
