● Funeral services for Miss Lena Horst, 82, were held Friday forenoon at the Pennsylvania Church near Hesston, with Rev. Donald King in charge. Miss Horst died Nov. 4 at Schowalter Villa in Hesston where she had resided since April of this year. A native of Harvey County, she had lived in this area all her life except for two years when she worked at a children's home in Kansas City. Before entering the Villa she lived with a niece, Edith Horst of Newton. Also surviving are other nieces and nephews, one sister and four brothers.
