Stobbe, 44, died July 8 at Winkler, Manitoba after a long illness.  A 1952 graduate of Bethel College, he was a farmer and assistant minister of the Bergthal Mennonite Church.  Surviving are his widow, Katherine, two sons, his mother, one brother and two sisters.
