Life-Long Central Illinois Resident Dies at Age 87
Metamora, Ill. — S. E. Unzicker, 87, retired farmer here and a lifelong resident of this central Illinois area, died Nov. 21 at the Eureka hospital.
Mr. Unzcker was born at Morton in 1876. He was married to Sarah Steiger of Metamora in 1902, and she died in 1959. He had lived in this community for 65 years. Survivors include two sons, three daughters, one brother three sisters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Nov. 30 at the Linn Township Amish Mennonite Church.
