Inman, Kans. — Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Thiessen, long time resident of this community, were held Nov. 20 at the Zoar K.M.B. church. She passed away Nov. 17 at the Doerksen Convalescent Home, McPherson, after an illness of three years, reaching the age of 85.

Mrs. Thiessen was born in Russia on April 14, 1868.

She is survived by two daughters, five sons; one sister, Mrs. Mary Friesen of Inman, and one brother, Peter D. Willems of Hillsboro; 34 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Pioneer of Inman Community Died

Inman, Kans. — Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Thiessen, long time resident of this community, were held Nov. 20 at the Zoar K.M.B. church. She passed away Nov. 17 at the Doerksen Convalescent Home, McPherson, after an illness of three years, reaching the age of 85.

Mrs. Thiessen was born in Russia on April 14, 1868.

She is survived by two daughters, five sons; one sister, Mrs. Mary Friesen of Inman, and one brother, Peter D. Willems of Hillsboro; 34 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
