+ | • Albert Rutschman, 81, retired farmer of the Whitewater community, died Tuesday in a Wichita hospital. Funeral services have been announced for Friday at 10 a.m. in the Swiss Mennonite Church at Whitewater, with Rev. Ted Roth officiating. A native of Switzerland, Mr. Rutschman had been a resident of the Elbing and Whitewater communities for more than 60 years. Surviving him are three daughters and one son, all of the Newton and Whitewater communities; a brother, Julius of Newton, and also a sister and brother living in Switzerland; 12 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. |
