Hillsboro, Kans. — Rev. John F. Thiessen, 73, retired Mennonite Brethren minister, passed away at his home here Sunday, Nov. 29. Funeral services were announced for Tuesday, Dec. 1, at the Hillsboro M. B. church.
 
Rev. Thiessen, who was born in South Russia Sept. 9, 1880, is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Martin Koslofsky, Fraser, Mont.; a brother Jacob of Buhler; and a sister, Mrs. John S. Boese of Newton.
