Christian C. Kaufman, son of Joseph N. and Barbara (Graber) Kaufman, was born on a farm in Harvey County, Kan. on Dec. 6, 1879. Later the family moved to McPherson County. | |||
On May 26, 1895, on confession of faith in Jesus Christ as his Redeemer, h was baptized by Rev. Valentine | |||
Krehbiel and received into the First Mennonite Church of Christian, Moundridge, where he was a faithful member. He lived on the farm for a few years, then moved to Moundridge where he was in business till he retired. | |||
On Aug. 6, 1917 he was married to Eugenia Boehmer. It was their privilege to share life's joys and sorrows for over 45 years. An infant son passed on ahead of him. He died on May 21, 1963, at the age of 83 years, five months, and 15 days, leaving his widow, one brother and many relatives and friends. | |||

CHRISTIAN C. KAUFMAN
Christian C. Kaufman, son of Joseph N. and Barbara (Graber) Kaufman, was born on a farm in Harvey County, Kan. on Dec. 6, 1879. Later the family moved to McPherson County.
