Howard Daniel Martin of Fairview, Mich., age 50, died Monday, May 6, at West Branch hospital. | |||
Martin was born July 30, 1912, at North Lawrence, Ohio, and married Clara Neff of Comins, Mich. in 1936. He came to Fairview in 1946 from Detroit. He worked as a mill hand at the elevator operated by D. J. Miller and Sons at Fairview. He was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church. | |||
Surviving are his widow; a daughter Karen, at home; a son Gerald of Big Rapids; three sisters, Mrs. Edith Calkins of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Mabel Brenneman of Delaware, Ohio, and Mrs. Clara Boegh of Orrville, Ohio. | |||
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. at the Fairview Mennonite church, Rev. Harvey Handrich officiating. Interment was made in Fairview Cemetery. | |||

HOWARD D. MARTIN
Howard Daniel Martin of Fairview, Mich., age 50, died Monday, May 6, at West Branch hospital.
Martin was born July 30, 1912, at North Lawrence, Ohio, and married Clara Neff of Comins, Mich. in 1936. He came to Fairview in 1946 from Detroit. He worked as a mill hand at the elevator operated by D. J. Miller and Sons at Fairview. He was a member of the Fairview Mennonite Church.
