LUMBER COMPANY FOUNDER DIES

Archbold, Ohio. — Jacob H. Rupp, lifetime resident of the Pettisville community and founder of the Rupp Lumber Company there, died May 11 at the age of 77. He had been in failing health for six months.

Funeral services were conducted at the North Clinton Mennonite Church, of which he was a member.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth, three daughters, four sons, 28 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
