Decker, 93, a pioneer immigrant from Russia in 1874, died Saturday morning at Fairview, Okla.  Funeral services were to be held Tuesday afternoon at the New Hopedale Mennonite Church, Meno, Okla.  Survivors include four children; two brothers, J. H. Decker of Newton and Jonas Decker of Galva; and two sisters Mrs. Anna Wedel and Mrs. Lizzie Hodel of Moundridge.
