• Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Koerner Heights Gospel M. B. Church for Mrs. Mary Adrian, 76, who died suddenly Jan. 24 at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Andrew Boese, at Burns. The services were in charge of Rev. Lynford Becker. Mrs. Adrian had lived in Newton since 1937, the family home being on North Main Street. Her husband, Henry Adrian, died in 1959. Surviving in addition to Mrs. Boese are another daughter, Mrs. Ike Martens of Burns; two sons, Edgar M. of Burns and Corney of Corn, Okla.; two brothers, 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. | |||
