&#8212;  John J. Flaming, 78, died Jan. 20 at the Bethesda Hospital in Goessel.  Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church, with Rev. Aaron Epp and Rev. P. A. Wedel officiating.  Except for six years residence in Idaho, Mr. Flaming spent his entire life in the Goessel community.  Surviving are his wife, Anna, three sons, four daughters, three sisters, 32 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Mrs. Adolf Franz, a duaghter [''sic''], and Mrs. F. W. Banman, a sister, reside in Newton.

— John J. Flaming, 78, died Jan. 20 at the Bethesda Hospital in Goessel. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Alexanderwohl Church, with Rev. Aaron Epp and Rev. P. A.
