&bull;  Relatives here received word of the death of Mrs. Lena Unruh, 65, at St. Rose Hospital, Great Bend.  She was a long-time resident of the Pawnee Rock community and a member of the Bergthal Mennonite Church, where funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon by Rev. Victor Sawatzky.  Surviving are the widower, Walter H. Unruh of Route 1, Great Bend; one son, Olin, of Pawnee Rock; one daughter, Mrs. Chester Gordon of Yukon, Okla.; three brothers and two sisters.  A brother, Ben Unruh, lives in Newton.
