&#8212; Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Methodist church in Fall River, Kan. for Carl Willard Roupp, 47, who died of a heart attack Feb. 12 in the Fredonia hospital.  Mr. Roupp was a former resident of Newton.  He is survived by the widow, Dorothy, three daughters and a son, all of the home in Fall River; his mother, Mrs. Dora Roupp of Fall River; three brothers, Edward of Denver, Colo., Walter of Elkhart, Ind., and Paul of Hesston; two sisters, Mrs. Roy Allison of Concord, Calif. and Mrs. Raymond Ecton of Fall River.
