Three-Year-Old Boy Accidentally Shot
Garnett, Kan. — The Ira Yoder family of the Amish settlement here was bereaved recently by the sudden, accidental death of their three-year-old son, Ervin Leon.
The little boy and his five-year-old brother, Jerry Lee, were playing in the barn when the former was accidentally shot. Since there was no one else in the barn, it is not known how the accident happened.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, April 19, at the Toby J. Yoder home. Relatives and friends from Oklahoma, Indiana, Iowa and Reno County, Kansas attended.
