— Funeral services for Arlee D. Decker, 23, were held April 20 at the First Mennonite Church of Halstead, Rev. Roland Goering officiating. A resident of Halstead most of his life, Mr. Decker had lived and worked in Wichita the past six years. He died at a Wichita hospital April 17. Surviving are his widow and a step-son, Cletis; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gus H. Decker of Halstead; three sisters and two brothers. | |||
