&#8212; Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Eden Mennonite church near Moundridge for Mrs. Andrew J. Wedel, 78, one of the early pioneers of the Moundridge community who passed away Monday at mercy hospital there.  The services were in charge of Rev. Peter J. Dyck, assisted by Rev. S. J. Goering.  Mrs. Wedel leaves four sons, Rev. P. A. Wedel of Goessel, Jacob A., Arthur A. and Pual, all of Moundridge, and three daughters, Mrs. Anna Stucky, Mrs. Martha Regier and Mrs. Esther Goering, also of Moundridge; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
