YOUNG MAN KILLED IN SAW MILL ACCIDENT AT VANCOUVER, B. C.
Dalmeny, Sask. — One of the largest funerals held here in recent months took place at the local Mennonite Brethren church on Sunday, Aug. 1, when Edward Thiessen, son of H. H. Thiessen here, was carried to his final earthly resting place.
Edward was killed in a saw mill at Vancouver, B. C., where he was employed. In some manner he was caught in the machinery and his leg torn off close to his hip.
