Schroeder, husband and children of Buhler, Peter Buller, his wife Mary and family of Lehigh; Sara, Mrs. Abe Quiring and family of Goessel; and Dave Buller and wife Lydia and family of Peabody. There are seventeen grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. The following step-children survive: John J. Schroeder of Canton, Kansas: Mrs. Henry Klassen and husband and family of Newton, Kansas; David M. Schroeder and wife Katie and family of Buhler; P. M. Schroeder and family of Newton; Mrs. Anna Janzen and family of Wichita; Henry M. Schroeder and wife Ida and family of Canton; Adolph J. Schroeder and wife Lizabeth and family of Moundridge; Alvin J. MRS. AGNETHA SCHROEDER
Agneta Martens Schroeder, our dear mother, was born May 24, 1864, in South Russia. She came with her parents, Abr. Martens, to America in July 1875. They made their home east of Buhler in Reno County, Kans.
Upon her confession of faith, she accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Saviour and was baptized by Rev. Abram Buhler and became a member of the Hebron church.
On May 2, 1866 [sic 1886], she was united in marriage to David Buller. To this union seven children were born, four daughters and three sons. Father, two daughters, and one son preceded her in death.
