● Funeral services for Henry B. Unrau, 86, retired farmer of Goessel, were held Tuesday afternoon at the Goessel Mennonite church with Rev. Levi Koehn officiating.. Mr. Unrau died Dec. 21 at Salem Hospital in Hillsboro. He was a native of Marion County, and in 1905 was married to Elizabeth Schroeder, who survives. They farmed near Goessel for many years, moving to Goessel in 1951. Other survivors include sons Walter R. of Newton, Clarence of Wichita, and Gladwyn of St. Lucia, West Indies; three daughters, Mrs. Phillip Schmdit of rural Newton, Mrs. Jake Flaming of Hutchinson, and Mrs. Mildor Duerksen of Lehigh; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. | |||
