&bull;  Mrs. Florentine Penner, 87, who resided here with her daughter, Mrs. Kenneth C. Schroeder, died Monday morning at Bethel Deaconess Hospital.  The funeral was conducted Wednesday morning at First Mennonite Church of Hillsboro, by Elbert Koontz and Arnold Funk.  The former Florentine Janke, Mrs. Penner was born in Prussia.  She was married to Jacob F. Penner at Lehigh in 1903, and he preceded her in death.  Surviving in addition to the daughter here are sons Roy of Wichita, Carl of Hutchinson, and Harold of El Dorado; three other daughters, Mrs. Irma DeBard and Mrs. Dorothy LaPlante of Dallas, Texas, and Mrs. John Hiebert of Goessel; 14 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one brother and one sister.
