&bull;  Peter D. Pankratz, 68, died Sunday at his home in Hillsboro.  Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Brudertal Church, of which he was a member.  In addition to his widow, survivors include a son, Wesley of Tampa, a daughter, Mrs. Sylvester (Alice) Harms of Wichita; seven grandchildren; two brothers, John D. and Henry D. of Hillsboro; and five sisters, Mrs. John J. (Eva) Funk of Hillsboro, Mrs. John G. (Marie) Flaming and Mrs. Victor (Martha) Voth of Newton, Mrs. Arthur R. (Katie) Funk of Hillsboro, and Mrs. Sam (Margaret) Richert of Wichita.
