&bull; Orville H. Voth, 60, an employee of the Institute of Logopedics in Wichita during the past year, died Saturday on a farm he owned in th Whitewater community.  Funeral services were arranged through the Lamb Mortuary of Whitewater.  Mr. Voth was born June 21, 1905 at Whitewater, where he also lived for the greater part of his life.  On Sept. 3, 1928, he was married to Frances Corfman, who now survives him, together with one daughter, Mrs. Allan Nickel of Newton, and three sons, Clyde of Northfield, ill., Oren R. of Wamego and Kendell [''sic'' Kendall] L. of Evanston, Ill.
