— Otto R. Janzen, 63, farmer and lifelong resident of the Goessel community, died Sept. 1 at the Salem Hospital in Hillsboro after a long illness. Funeral services were held Friday forenoon at the Alexanderwohl Church with Rev. Ronald Krehbiel officiating. Mr. Janzen was born in Marion County, and was married to Irma Klassen in 1931. She survives with three sons, Junior of Hesston, Maynard of North Newton, and Leon of Buhler; a daughter, Sharon, of the home; seven grandchildren, two sisters and two brothers. The family suggests that memorial gifts be given to the American Cancer Society. | |||
