Liberal, Kan. — Jacob H. Boese, who came to the Oklahoma Panhandle from McPherson County, Kan. in 1917, died April 1 at Beaver, Okla. at the age of 84. He retired from farming in 1949 and moved to Liberal, but had lived at Turpin, Okla. since 1959.
