&#8212; Jeremiah Basinger, 68, retired farmer at Bluffton, Ohio, and for 28 years an official in the Mennonite Mutual Aid Society there, died in the Bluffton Community hospital Wednesday, Jan. 24.  Mr. Basinger had been ill for about six months.  Funeral services at the First Mennonite church in Bluffton, of which he was a member, were conducted by Rev. J. N. Smucker.
