'''Althouse.[sic Althaus]''' — On November 2, after returning home from preparatory services in the Zion Mennonite church, Souderton, Bro Oliver Althouse lay down upon his couch and there, all by himself, quietly fell asleep. He had been suffering from heart trouble for some time, but death nevertheless was a great shock to all. His wife, returning later in the evening, found him there. He had been baptized and admitted to the above church last April. Burial took place on Nov. 7, in the Mennonite cemetery, Souderton. Rev. Schantz was assisted by Revs. Bowers and Ruth. Text. Job 28:28.
