— Mrs. Jacob J. Kroeker, 41, of Wichita died Sunday in a Wichita hospital after a long illness.  A native of Wichita, she was the former Marcia Lee Jendel.  She was a graduate of Sacred Heart College and since 1965 had been public relations director of the college.  Services were held Tuesday forenoon in the Sacred Heart Chapel.  Survivors in addition to the widower include a son, Michael K., a student at Sacred Heart, and a daughter, Cathryne, Lucille, at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank R. Jendel of Wichita; and one brother, Charles, of Fort Worth, Tex.  Mr. Kroeker is the brother of Mrs. Walter Thiesen of Newton.
