Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at the First Mennonite Church of Halstead, with Rev. Robert Suderman officiating. Surviving are his widow, the former Luella Lohrentz; two sons, Jerry of Poway, Calif. and Glenn of Halstead; three sisters, Mrs. P. R. Kaufman of North Newton, Mrs. Lubin Jantzen of Newton, and Mrs. Olga Franey of Downey, Calif.; three brothers, Herbert of Fountain Valley, Calif., Edgar of Kaiku, Maui, Hawaii, and Harold of Auburn, Calif.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. |

● Aldred P. Mueller, 64, retired farmer and a lifetime resident at Halstead, died March 20 at Axtell Christian Hospital, Newton. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at the First Mennonite Church of Halstead, with Rev. Robert Suderman officiating. Surviving are his widow, the former Luella Lohrentz; two sons, Jerry of Poway, Calif. and Glenn of Halstead; three sisters, Mrs. P. R.
