Congerville, Ill. &#8212; Joseph B. Miller, 80, well-known retired farmer here, died at his home near Congerville on June 6.  Funeral services were held June 8 at the Otto and Argo funeral home and the Congerville Mennonite church, of which he was a member, Rev. Raymond M. Yoder, pastor, officiated, and burial was made in the Imhoff cemetery.
 
Mr. Miller was born here Dec 27, 1874, a son of Jacob and Mary Birkelbaw [''sic'' Birckelbaw] Miller.  He married Emma Detweiler Feb. 9, 1909. 
 
Surviving in addition to his wife are five sons, Owen and Ronald, both of Congerville, Harold of Goodfield, Clyde of Mackinaw, and Glen of Carlock; two daughters, Miss Lucille, at home, and Mrs. Mary Engel of Kalamazoo, Mich.; and nine grandchildren.
He was precede n death by two brothers and two sisters.

Retired Farmer Died at Age 80

Congerville, Ill. — Joseph B. Miller, 80, well-known retired farmer here, died at his home near Congerville on June 6. Funeral services were held June 8 at the Otto and Argo funeral home and the Congerville Mennonite church, of which he was a member, Rev. Raymond M. Yoder, pastor, officiated, and burial was made in the Imhoff cemetery.
