Hillsboro, Kansas. &#8212; Jacob Peters, 40, of Delavan, Wisc., was instantly killed near there on Christmas day when his milk truck was struck by a train, according to word received by relatives here. Funeral services there on Dec. 28 were attended by his father, H. D. Peters, of Shafter, Calif., and a brother, Henry, of Delft, Minn.

MEETS INSTANT DEATH IN CROSSING TRAGEDY

Hillsboro, Kansas. — Jacob Peters, 40, of Delavan, Wisc., was instantly killed near there on Christmas day when his milk truck was struck by a train, according to word received by relatives here. Funeral services there on Dec. 28 were attended by his father, H. D. Peters, of Shafter, Calif., and a brother, Henry, of Delft, Minn.

Also surviving are five children. Mrs. Peters died several years ago.
