PIONEER IN HODGEMAN COUNTY, KANSAS CALLED AWAY IN DEATH
Hanston, Kan. — Funeral services were held at the Hanston Mennonite Church for John Augustus Hoehn, Hodgeman County pioneer and a retired farmer, Rev. Ben Krahn, the pastor officiated.
A native of West Point, Iowa, Mr. Hoehn homesteaded west of Hanston in 1885. He died at Hodgeman County Hospital, Jetmore, on Oct. 15 at the age of 86.
