•  Funeral services for Mrs. Edward A. Renich, 87, were held Friday forenoon at the Peterson Funeral Home with Rev. Myron Schrag officiating.  Mrs. Renich, a resident of Bethel Home for Aged, died Jan. 25 at Bethel Deaconess Hospital.  The former Anna Andres, she had lived in Newton since 1926 and was a member of the Faith Mennonite Church.  Surviving in the immediate family are her husband, of Newton; three daughters, Mrs. Allen Backer of Lincoln City, Ore., Mrs. Catherine Anderson of Dell Rapids, S. D., and Margaret of the home; seven sons, David of Los Angeles, John of Savannah, Ga., Fred of Farmington, Mich., Paul of Salina, Edward of LaGrange, Wyo., C. H. of Edina, Minn., and Waldo of Rockville, Md.; 46 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
