• Ernest L. Harms, 84, a native of the Grace Hill community southeast of Newton, died Nov. 1 at Homestead, Fla. Funeral services were held Friday at the First United Methodist Church of Homestead and burial was made there. A memorial service for Mr. Harms was held Sunday morning at Grace Hill Mennonite Church. He was a retired teacher. Surviving are his widow, the former Kathryn Voth; a son, Wilbur L. of Miami, Fla.; five sisters, Laura Harms, Mrs. Fred Klaassen and Mrs. William Harms, all of the Grace Hill community, Ruth Harms of Seattle, Wash., and Sister Theodosia Harms of Newton; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. | |||
