Funeral services for Herman R. Graber, 81, were held Sept. 16 at the Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton, with John Esau in charge. Graber was the retired president of Graber's Hardware and a former mayor of Newton. He was married in 1922 to the former Selma Voran and they moved to Newton from Pretty Prairie in 1926. Surviving are one son, Max of Newton; two daughters, Mary Esther (Mrs. Lanoy) Loganbill and Anne (Mrs. Don) Roysteon, both of Newton; three brothers, Albert R. of Kingman, Jake E. of Pretty Prairie and Willard E. of Newton; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services for Herman R. Graber, 81, were held Sept. 16 at the Bethel College Mennonite Church, North Newton, with John Esau in charge.
